JAKARTA - PT Tri Adi Bersama or Anteraja, which is a start-up company in the logistics sector, has recently flooded criticism on Twitter social media regarding the length of time it takes for parcels to be delivered until the goods are lost. Even so, the company owned by the conglomerate TP Rachmat is still confident in setting a target of 1.5 million parcel deliveries per day.

"So far, we are targeting 1.5 million parcels per day until the end of the year, in line with online shopping trends that will continue to grow," Anteraja Brand Communications Section Head Evelyn Marris told VOI, quoted on Wednesday, June 15.

Evelyn also said Anteraja also continues to expand its coverage points and areas, add variety of services and develop technological innovations.

"And an automation system to support the achievement of these targets," he said.

For your information, until December 2021, Anteraja managed to achieve growth of up to 248% with an average shipping volume of around 1 million parcels per day. Meanwhile, in April 2022, Anteraja's daily shipments had reached around 1.3 million parcels per day.

In 2022, Anteraja has also added two new branches and is expected to add eight branches by the end of the year. With the innovations and business strategies implemented, Anteraja hopes to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth reaching double digits above 30 percent.

Previously, it was reported that the start-up company in the logistics sector, Anteraja, recently flooded criticism on Twitter social media regarding the length of time for parcel delivery, even though the distance to the delivery location is relatively close until the goods are lost.

Complaints about the length of time for delivery of goods came from the account owner with the username Dimdim. He also voiced the hashtag #boycottAnteraja, this is because it has been more than a week since the parcel has not arrived.

"It's time for the #boycottAnteraja package h+7 from the estimate, even though the tracking is already one dom. I've already complained via email to sm wa, but the response is just like that, there is no change ," he wrote, quoted by VOI, Tuesday, June 14.

An account with the username @NikenYeppie also complained about Anteraja's performance. According to him, the parcel has not been delivered for two weeks even though its status is in delivery. As a result, the parcel was returned to the store.

"2 weeks my package was not delivered, but the status was on the way. Suddenly my package was returned to the store without confirmation from sx. The reason is because my home address is out of reach. Huh?? So far other expeditions are safe #boycottanteraja," he wrote.

Not only complaining about the length of time for delivery of goods, netizens are also busy questioning the clarity of their parcels. One of them is Kristie Hapsari with the username @ayieneeh.

"@anteraja_id min, the package hasn't moved since June 8th…. Already DM and asked via WA, throwing it around… please respond and answer which is a bit reassuring ..," he wrote.
