President Director of PT INKA Budi Noviantoro said with ongoing research and development, INKA continues to strive so that its programs have a high TKDN so as to reduce imports.
"INKA continues to try to fulfill the TKDN as high as possible. If it can be local, why do we have to import it. The TKDN for driving trains has reached 42 percent. Meanwhile, the TKDN for freight trains has reached 75-80 percent," said Budi Noviantoro.
