JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT PGN Tbk, as Subholding Gas of PT Pertamina (Persero), approved the distribution of dividends of 67.8 percent of net profit in 2021.

In this AGMS, it was decided to distribute dividends for the 2021 financial year of 205.955 million US dollars, which is equivalent to Rp. 3.016 trillion, or Rp. 124.42 per share to the government and shareholders.

This amount is equivalent to 67.8 percent of PGN's net profit in 2021.

The AGM also ratified the Company's Annual Financial Report for the 2021 Fiscal Year and the Financial Statements of the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) for the 2021 Fiscal Year.
