General Manager of PLN UID East Java, Lasiran said, the world surfing league will be held from May 28 to June 6 2022 at Plengkung Beach (G-Land), Tegaldlimo District.

He admitted that the progress of work carried out by PLN was upgrading transformers from 200 kVA to 250 kVA, planting poles for the supply of offshore Judge Towers, pulling JTR cables to supply VIP Tower & Medical Center, as well as installing and withdrawing JTR supplies for Offshore Judge Towers.
"The electricity demand for WSL 2022 is quite large. We have prepared a reliable electricity supply for the event," said Lasiran.
