PP Presisi Gets New Contracts Of IDR 1.5 Trillion Until April 2022

JAKARTA - In April 2022, PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) added a new contract acquisition of Rp500 billion. As a result, until April 2022, the company has pocketed a total acquisition of new contracts reaching IDR 1.5 trillion.

The total acquisition was obtained, among others, from the Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) Addendum Hauling Services project, the Construction of the Empu Nala Mojokerto Road (PUPR), the Revitalization of Halim Airport (WIKA), the Construction of the North Sumatra Binjai Elevated Railway (Kemenhub), the Construction of the Cimanggis Warehouse (TOTAL). ), Semarang Demak Sand Pile Work Section II (PTPP), and Serang Panimbang Toll Road Construction (SRBGC).

Rully Noviandar, President Director of PT PP Presisi Tbk said, the increase in the acquisition of new contracts increases our optimism in improving the company's overall performance. The acquisition of a fairly large new contract certainly provides certainty and guarantee for PPRE to continue producing.

Until this April, he said, PPRE's two main business lines had dominated the market gain, namely 58.57 percent from civil work and 35.13 percent from mining services.

"We are currently getting a lot of new contracts for civil work from the external market as main contractors, such as the Empu Nala Road Development Project, Serang Panimbang Toll Road and the North Sumatra Binjai Railway. Meanwhile, the acquisition of new contracts for mining services is obtained from increasing the trust of employers. on PPRE's performance, namely the hauling services project of the Weda Bay Nickel Project," said Rully in a written statement, Wednesday 18 May.

As for the employer segment, until April 2022, 92.80 percent of the company's market segment was dominated by the non-group market and the remaining 7.20 percent came from the group (PTPP). This is certainly expected to further improve PPRE's positioning in the external market as well as demonstrate the company's capability to play as a main contractor, especially in the infrastructure construction market share.

"For the second quarter of 2022, we are targeting additional new contracts of IDR 700 billion to IDR 900 billion with a focus on segments including civil work infrastructure, mining development as well as some of the structure work projects that we are working on. We hope that the acquisition of these contracts can become production optimally and contribute to the company's profit achievement," concluded Rully.
