1. Email verification

When you are going to register a GrabFood partner, you must visit the official GrabFood page. Then fill in the initial form such as the name of the shop, address, city, name of the owner/person in charge of the shop, cellphone number, and email.

After filling everything in, you will be sent a verification email to the email address that was registered. You must immediately verify it within 72 hours.

2. Complete shop information

After getting a verification email from the first process, you will get a new link containing a form that must be filled out. You will be taken to the Grab help page to fill out the registration form.
