JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has officially received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification from the Great Place to Work Institute. This certificate is in line with Telkom's efforts to continuously improve the quality of human capital management.

Telkom Director of Human Capital Management Afriwandi welcomed this certification which is expected to be a proof of Telkom's commitment to continue to calibrate in order to remain the best. “For us, this certification is part of the calibration of employee experience management. GPTW Institute is an institution from the United States that was founded in 1992 and conducts a survey of more than 100 million employees in 49 countries in the world.

Telkom is the first BUMN to get this international certification. The certification, which has been in effect since April 2022, was given to Telkom because it received a score above the industry average with satisfactory results.

Previously, from February to March 2022, the GPTW institute conducted a survey of 5,000 Telkom employees.
