PT Prospect Duta Sukses Appoints PT Jagat Konstruksi Abdiperkasa As The Main Contractor For The Antasari Place Apartment Development

JAKARTA - The new management of PT Prospek Duta Sukses (PDS) continues to prove its commitment to continuing the construction of the Antasari Place apartment (formerly 45 Antasari) which was abandoned by the previous developer. Today PT PDS signed the Memorandum of Understanding for the Appointment of Contractors who will carry out the construction of the Antasari Place apartment.

PT PDS appointed PT Jagat Konstruksi Abdipersada as the Main Contractor who is responsible for the sustainability of the construction of the Antasari Place apartment project. The Tower I construction project will start in June 2022 with the target of topping off being achieved within 12 to 18 months, or around June to December 2023.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Appointment of Contractors who will carry out the construction of Antasari Place was carried out by both parties, signed by each party, AH Bimo Suryono as President Director of PDS and COO of Antasari Place, and Pingsong as President Director of PT Jagat Konstruksi Abdipersada which took place on Monday, April 25, 2022 at Marketing Gallery Antasari Place, Jalan Pangeran Antasari Kav. 45, South Jakarta. The Memorandum of Understanding was also attended by the Board of Directors and Management from both parties.

According to Bimo, this signing marks the first step in starting construction work, as well as being an important milestone or achievement for the Company. And the most important thing from this event is to provide confirmation to consumers or the public, the seriousness of the company to provide comfort and security of investment for the property units purchased, and consumers no longer hesitate to carry out their obligations to continue pending payments.

"We chose PT Jagat Konstruksi Abdipersada as a working partner because it has a good reputation, and with the same vision as INPP and PDS, we were able to complete this Antasari Place apartment project with good quality and on time, as expected by consumers," said Bimo .

The construction process for Tower I is scheduled to be completed within 30-36 months after construction begins, which is around December 2024-June 2025. Located in a premium area often referred to as the new CBD in South Jakarta, the Antasari Place apartment offers 3 types, namely studio type, one bedroom and two bedrooms.

Pingsong on the same occasion expressed his appreciation to PDS for the trust and opportunity given in the redevelopment of the Antasari Place apartment. According to him, the commitment given by PDS to complete the project on time is in line with the company's vision.

We will use this trust well to guarantee that we will finish this building on time, especially on quality because consumers really need quality in the sense of this building can be used for a long period of time," said Pingsong.
