Sinar Mas Land, Property Developer Owned By A Conglomerate Provides Convenience For Consumers During Ramadan 2022

JAKARTA - The property developer belonging to conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja, Sinar Mas Land (SML) also supports economic recovery in the property sector by making it easy for people to buy dream properties. The Company launched the Ramadan Gift Distribution (THR) program for consumers during Ramadan 2022.

The THR program lasts for 19 days starting from April 15 to May 3, 2022, and is a part of the Double Dream national sales program which was launched in February 2022. Director of SML Herry Hendarta said that the THR program again offers attractive promos such as cashback of up to IDR 15 million.

"More interestingly, this cashback promo can be combined with the Double Dream program promo which provides relief of up to 22 percent plus 6 percent cashback. Consumers can also enjoy multiple benefits if the transaction is done in cash, hard cash, or with an express mortgage. There is still a grand prize draw two apartment units in Southgate, South Jakarta," Henry said in a written statement, Monday, April 25.

The Double Dream program is divided into three stages, namely, February-June, July-September, and October-December which will reduce discounts and various other facilities. All products developed by SML are also included in the Double Dream and THR programs.

The public can get various conveniences through the merging of these two promos at Taman Banjar Wijaya and BSD City in Tangerang, The Elements and Southgate in South Jakarta, Aerium Apartment West Jakarta, City of Tourism and Tourism Legend of Cibubur, Grand Wisata Bekasi, Kota Deltamas Cikarang, Wisata Bukit Mas and Klaska Residence Surabaya, Nuvansa Bay Batam, to Grand City Balikpapan. Products marketed include houses, apartments, shop houses, and lots.

This Double Dream program has recorded sales of up to IDR 580 billion to date. The majority of this good sales performance came from products in the BSD City township which contributed more than 50 percent, followed by Kota Wisata Cibubur.
