JAKARTA - Summarecon Serpong, one of the business units of the property developer of the Soetjipto Nagaria conglomerate, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, will again offer a commercial product unit, namely Ruko Melody 2 with prices starting at Rp. 2.6 billion. This sale continues the success of Ruko Melody, which was first marketed and sold out within 1 day of sales in 2021.

Summarecon Serpong Executive Director Magdalena Juliati said this shophouse is available in 2 types of size and type options, namely 5x16 meters wide and 5x20 meters with a choice of 2 and 3 levels.
