JAKARTA - The Sharia Business Unit of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB Niaga Syariah) is collaborating with the Indonesian Muslim Women Entrepreneurs Association (IPEMI) in the field of Utilization of Sharia Banking Products and Services.
CIMB Niaga Head of Sharia Consumer Bung Aldilla said, in this collaboration, CIMB Niaga Syariah will facilitate the issuance of IPEMI membership cards in the form of an affinity card that functions as a debit or savings card.
"There are two types of debit cards, namely the OCTO Savers iB Savings Debit Card and iB Pahala which can be an option for IPEMI members," said Bung Aldilla in a written statement received by VOI, Tuesday, March 29.
Each card is equipped with benefits and features that make it easier for customers' financial transactions. By choosing OCTO Savers iB, every month customers can get a total of 60 transactions without fees if the savings balance at the end of the previous month reaches a minimum of IDR 2 million and without monthly administration fees.
Details of the 60 transactions without fees include 20 transfers to other banks, 20 e-Wallet Top-Ups, and 20 cash withdrawals at all ATM Bersama, PRIMA, MEPS and Mastercard/Cirrus networks.
Customers who choose the iB Pahala Savings Debit Card will get benefits in the form of free administration fees and online connection with the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerization System (Siskohat) of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia.
This makes it easier to register for the Hajj portion. Another convenience is that it can be used to withdraw cash at ATMs bearing the MasterCard logo in Saudi Arabia with Indonesian language features and without being charged a cash withdrawal fee.
The convenience of the two debit cards is also supported by complete digital banking services, from the OCTO Mobile Super App to OCTO Clicks internet banking. "That way, customers can continue to transact from anywhere and anytime, including for the payment of Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Waqf (ZISWAF)," he added.
Bung Aldilla added that the collaboration between CIMB Niaga Syariah and IPEMI this time was a continuation of the previous cooperation through a number of activities.
"With the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, we hope that in the future there will be positive synergies on an ongoing basis, so as to provide wider benefits for both institutions and the community," concluded Bung Aldilla.
