Food Station Develops Rice And Corn Cultivation Using ExtraGEN Organic Fertilizer

JAKARTA - Food BUMD owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya signed an MoU with PT Indoraya Mitra Persada (IMP) 168 in the context of Collaborating on the Development of the Rice and Corn Cultivation Partnership Program using ExtraGEN organic fertilizer technology.

The signing of the MoU between PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya and PT IMP 168 was carried out between the President Director of PT Food Station Tjpinang Jaya Pamrihadi Wiraryo and the President Director of IMP 168 Atik Chandra witnessed by the Director of Fertilizers and Pesticides Director General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture Muhammad Hatta in Yogyakarta, Saturday March 26. "This collaboration is in the context of developing rice and corn cultivation using ExtraGEN organic biological fertilizers to reduce the consumption of chemical fertilizers," said Pamrihadi in an official statement received in Jakarta, Sunday 27 March.

According to him, Food Station is interested in developing cooperation in rice and corn cultivation using ExtraGEN organic biofertilizer because so far it has been proven to produce yields that have increased by around 10-20 percent.

Pamrihadi said that through this development with organic cultivation, the rice and corn produced are very good for consumption because they use organic fertilizers.

"Equally important, this cultivation collaboration is one of the synergistic steps to improve the welfare of farmers in the region and maintain food security in Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta, which has been the direction of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan," he said.

For your information, the national liquid biological fertilizer with the trademark Extragen produced by PT Indoraya Mitra Persada 168 (IMP 168) has been able to redeem the European market, namely to Italy. In addition, this product has also penetrated other countries such as Jordan, Japan, Suriname and Australia.
