JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir, officially appointed Frans Marganda to be the President Director of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) or RNI. The chair for the President Director of RNI was vacant because Arief Prasetyo Adi had been appointed by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) as Head of the National Food Agency (NFA).

Frans previously served as Commercial Director of the food holding ID Food. Meanwhile, the position of Commercial Director is now held by Ardiansyah Chaniago.

Besides Frans, Erick Thohir also appointed Endang Suraningsih as HR Director; Febriyanto as Director of Business Development and Control; Thomas Hadinata as Director of Finance and Risk Management; and Adhi Cahyono Nugroho as Director of Supply Chain Management and Information Technology.

The appointment of Frans and the inauguration of other directors were based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No. SK-83/MBU/03/2022 dated March 21, 2022.

Assistant Deputy for Food and Fertilizer Industry at the Ministry of SOEs, Zuryati Simbolon, congratulated the new Board of Directors of PT RNI (Persero). He hopes that the new directors can continue to contribute to advancing the Indonesian Food Industry.
