JAKARTA - The PSI faction of the DKI DPRD does not believe that the BUMD PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) is conducting the auction process for the Formula E tender so that the winner is determined according to the rules.

The Deputy Chairman of Commission E of the DKI DPRD from the PSI Fraction still suspects that there is a trick in determining PT Jaya Konstruksi as the winner of the tender for the Formula E circuit construction, although this has been denied by Jakpro itself. This is because the process is not transparent.

"If you say it's not transparent, yes it is. We suspect that it could all be just a fabrication to cover up a conspiracy," Anggara said in his statement, Friday, February 11.

A few days after the tender auction opened on January 5, the auction was declared a failure. However, said Anggara, Jakpro did not reveal the reason for the failure of the tender. Until finally the auction was repeated and the winner was determined.

The problem is, Anggara admitted that his party had asked Jakpro for the procedural documents for the procurement of these goods and services. Unfortunately, this request was ignored.

Therefore, Anggara urges Jakpro to disclose all documents related to the auction process and open up any companies that register for the tender for the cultivator of the electric car racing track.

"Simply put, try to state which company made the offer and how much the offer is, open to the public. We have asked for transparency, but it was not given. We will continue to monitor this," he said.

It is known, allegations emerged that the determination of the winner of the tender for the Formula E circuit construction which fell to PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama was the result of engineering. However, shortly after circulating, this issue was immediately denied by Jakpro as the organizer of Formula E.

Managing Director of Formula E PT Jakpro, Gunung Kartiko emphasized that the procurement process and construction of the Jakarta E-Prix 2022 circuit was in accordance with the principles of procurement of goods and services in the company.

"Checks and balances were carried out for independence and credibility of decision-making. We emphasize that there was no planned tender winning. The ad hoc tender team, along with consultants have worked professionally and implemented GCG principles," said Gunung.
