JAKARTA - A viral video of a Lion Air officer throwing a suitcase allegedly belonging to a passenger from the top of the stairs. The airline is still investigating this incident.

Danang Mandala Prihantoro, Corporate Communications Strategic of Lion Air, said that passengers' luggage was not placed in the fast cabin.

According to him, the arrangement and placement of passenger baggage are at the bottom of the plane, so it is not certain whether the one that is rolled is the passenger's bag or not.

Previously circulated a 17-second video uploaded on Twitter. The video shows Lion Air officers throwing passengers' belongings down the stairs from the back door of the plane.

Many netizens criticized the work pattern of Lion Air airline officers. They are worried that the suitcase or valuables in the suitcase can be damaged because it is rolled directly onto the stairs that passengers usually climb.
