Indonesian MotoGP Weather Prediction 2023: Mandalika Circuit Tends To Be Bright But Potentially Light Rain

JAKARTA - The 15th series of MotoGP 2023 will be held at the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, October 13-15. The race is predicted to take place under sunny weather, but there is the potential for light rain.

The weather forecast was conveyed by a forecast by the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) of the Zaenudin Abdul Majid Meteorological Station, M Andre Jersey

"The weather on October 13-15, 2023 at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit is sunny and cloudy to light rain," said M Andre Jersey, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, October 11.

The Mandalika 2023 MotoGP Sprint Race race, which is scheduled to take place starting at 14.00 WIB on Saturday, October 14 afternoon, could be held in sunny weather.

Meanwhile, the last days, Sunday, October 15 during the 2023 Mandalika MotoGP final race, the weather conditions in the morning were sunny to cloudy. However, in the afternoon to evening, cloudy weather conditions can turn into light rain,

Previously, BMKG forecaster at the Zaenudin Meteorological Station Abdul Majid Lombok, Joko Raharjo, also said that the hot heat would be felt in most areas of NTB Province with a temperature forecast of 31 to 37 degrees Celsius.

The burning sun will be experienced by Mataram City, West Lombok, North Lombok, Central Lombok, East Lombok, Sumbawa, West Sumbawa, Bima and Dompu. This condition cannot be separated from the phenomenon of Hurricane El Nino.

"The NTB area is still in the dry season, as a result of the El Nino phenomenon," he said.
