PSG Becomes Bayern Munich Competitor In Harry Kane's Hunt

JAKARTA - Harry Kane's fans are increasing. This time, the French Ligue 1 club, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), approached him.

Kane is rumored to be PSG's "priority" manager, Luis Enrique.

The Tottenham Hotspur striker actually became a commodity in the transfer market this summer. Initially Manchester United approached, but withdrew due to price problems.

Then Bayern Munich appeared. There is even a concrete interest from the Bundesliga club with two offers that have been made.

Spurs has rejected an initial offer of 56 million and the German club is preparing a second offer of 68 million.

Now, PSG is entering the race arena to recruit the England captain. Enrique and club owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi want to finalize Kane's transfer deal quickly.

Khelaifi has reportedly held talks with Kane's representative. The club is ready to offer the five-year contract player for a fee of around 260,000 per week.

Local media claimed Kane's brother, Charlie, had held talks with Al-Khelaifi in Paris.

Kane has only had one year on his contract with Spurs. Club boss Daniel Levy doesn't want to sell him to the English club.

Les Parisiens, PSG's nickname, is reportedly willing to include midfielder Fabian Ruiz in the deal. Incidentally, Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou is looking for a new midfielder this summer.

PSG is hunting for Kane because he has the opportunity to lose Kylian Mbappe who is nervous and wants to move. Reports from L'Equipe, a number of players have complained to Khelaifi about Mbappe's behavior this summer.

Al-Khelaifi has reportedly set a July 31 deadline for Mbappe to decide whether to leave PSG this summer or stay at the club.

For interested clubs, it will not be possible to land Harry Kane below 100 million this summer. Levy is believed to remain steadfast in the asking price.
