JAKARTA PBSI Secretary General, Moh. Fadil Imran, hopes that Indonesian badminton athletes can harvest their titles in the Indonesia Masters 2023 competition.
The BWF Super 500 Competition will take place from January 24 to 29 at Istora, Senayan, Jakarta. Indonesia will field a total of 23 representatives in this event.
"We don't just want to be successful in organizing, we also want to be successful in achievements in this tournament," said Fadil at a press conference at Istora, Jakarta, Monday, January 23, 2023.
At last year's event, Indonesia only won one title. At that time, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto won the men's doubles.

This year's Indonesia Masters will be attended by 277 athletes from 23 countries. Tickets for this competition are claimed to have been sold out.
"We can say that the preparation is 95 percent. So starting tomorrow, we are ready to carry out the Indonesia Masters. The excitement will not be inferior to the Indonesia Open," said Fadil.
"We sold 100 percent of Istora's capacity. It has sold out, 90 percent online. So, the Indonesia Master is confirmed to have a full audience from the first day," he added.
