BANTUL - Persib Bandung turned things around to beat Persis Solo with a score of 2-1 in the 15th week of the Indonesian League 1 at the Sultan Agung Stadium, Bantul, Sunday.

In the match reported by Antara, Persib Bandung was left behind from Persis Solo due to Irfan Bachdim's goal, but Maung Bandung's squad responded through Ciro Alves and Ezra Walian.

Thanks to this victory, Persib Bandung stepped into 7th position in the Indonesian League 1 standings with 26 points from 14 matches, while Persis Solo was still stuck in 12th place with 15 points from 15 matches.

In the first half, Persis had a chance first through the Ryo Matsumura movement. However, the player from Japan's efforts were broken by Persib's back line.

Then it was Persib's turn to threaten through Ciro Alves, but his shot was still swept away by Persis' defense.

In the second half Persis took the initiative to attack first and was able to take the lead in the 55th minute through a goal scored by Irfan Bachdim.
