Spanish Squad At Qatar 2022 World Cup: Without Sergio Ramos And Thiago Alcantara

JAKARTA Former Real Madrid player and Paris-Saint Germain (PSG) star defender Sergio Ramos has been ruled out of the Qatar 2022 World Cup after his name was not included in the list of 26 players called Luis Enrique. Enrique's decision did not include Ramos was quite surprising because he performed well with PSG this season. In addition, he has also performed 180 times with Spain, which makes himself the player with the most caps.

Liverpool star Thiago Alcantara is also confirmed to be absent from Qatar later. The midfielder has not appeared for his country since Euro 2020 last summer despite his good performance for Liverpool.
