PSSI's social media account was flooded with scathing comments from netizens after uploading a photo of a fun football match with FIFA President Gianni Infantino.

The activity was held at the Madya Stadium, Jakarta, Tuesday, October 18 evening WIB, after Infantino and PSSI General Chair Mochamad Iriawan held a meeting related to the Flood Tragedy.

In the uploaded photos, Infantino and Iriawan, Technical Director Indra Sjafri, and Secretary General Yunus Nusi seem happy. That expression made netizens react with insults.

Some bold comments are really very vulgar. Other comments are more subtle, but still very striking.

"Iwan Bule (Iriawan's nickname) et al. This has his conscience turned out. He doesn't care about burial ground that is still wet. Hopefully, he will be fired soon from the chairman of PSSI, hopefully, the election will fail," wrote one account user.

This anger was natural because a few moments before this activity was held, the number of victims of the Kanjuruhan Tragedy had just increased to 133 people after Andi Setiawan was announced dead.

Andi breathed his last on Tuesday afternoon. This 33-year-old figure died after receiving treatment at the ICU room at Dr Saiful Anwar Hospital (RSSA) Malang, East Java, since October 2, 2022.

"Just now, the victim died 133 and then you made fun football? Where are you? If you don't have shame, at least you have ethics," wrote another account user.

Infantino came to Indonesia regarding the continuation of the plan to transform national football after the incident in Kanjuruhan. He was received by President Joko Widodo at the State Palace before visiting the PSSI office at the GBK Arena.
