JAKARTA Pramac racer Jorge Martin will start the 2022 Australian MotoGP from pole position after becoming the fastest in qualifying at Phillip Island, Saturday, October 15.
The Spaniard will join the frontline grid with compatriot Marc Marquez who starts from second place. Francesco Bagnaia fills the third start.
The second line of grid will be filled by Aprilia Aleix Espargaro and interim leaders Fabio Quartararo of Yamaha. Then Johann Zarco filled the sixth place.
