Menpora Zainudin Amali Makes Sure All Football Stadiumsudied Will Be Renovationd According To FIFA Standards

JAKARTA - Minister of Youth and Sports Zainudin Amali ensured that all soccer stadiums currently being audited by the government would be renovated and rebuilt referring to FIFA standards. Zainudin did not specifically mention which stadiums would be renovated. However, after conducting a survey with the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang, the government agreed that the audit process would focus on stadiums that are commonly used for national football league competitions and are usually visited by large numbers of spectators. The Minister of Youth and Sports ensured that renovations would be adjusted to FIFA standards including the use of single seats or single seats. Currently, there are only a few stadiums in Indonesia that have single seats facilities, including Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Manahan Stadium Solo, Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Papua Bangkit Stadium, I Wayang Dipta Stadium, and Gelora Bandung Laut Api Stadium. The seven records include the absence of stairs in the economic stands for spectators, stadium doors, and the absence of emergency doors. Then, it also includes lighting in the stadium area, toilets for inadequate spectators, buffer perimeters for spectators and guardrails that can be easily contested by spectators. The renovation was also carried out as a follow-up to FIFA's directives through a letter to President Jokowi to build stadium security standards in Indonesia. The Independent Fact Finding Joint Team, TGIPF, has also provided recommendations to the Ministry of PUPR to carry out a thorough renovation of all soccer stadiums, especially those used for League 1 and League 2 according to FIFA safety standards. The entire financing for the total renovation of the Kanjuruhan Stadium will use funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). However, the amount of funds needed for the renovation has not been confirmed.
