JAKARTA - Two Indonesian women who are competing abroad, Aldila Sutjiadi and Priska Nugroho, have made positive results in the ITF W60 women's tour tournament, after both successfully winning the singles main round ticket.

Aldila played the qualifying match through the Henderson Open in Las Vegas, United States, successfully beating the host's representative Marry Lewis 6-2 6-21 in the final phase of the qualification which took place Tuesday local time (Wednesday WIB).

Launching Antara, the 27-year-old will test the second seed Chinese tennis player Yue Yuan in the first round scheduled for Thursday morning western Indonesia time.

In addition to chasing singles rankings, Aldila also plays in doubles with US tennis player Sophie Chang. The two, who occupy the top seed, will face the United States duo Micheline Aubuchon and Marry Lewis on Thursday.
