JAKARTA - Hokky Caraka managed to help the U-19 national team win in the 2023 U-20 Asian Cup Qualifiers through their hat-tricks. But shortly after scoring three balls, Hokky was withdrawn before the game was over.

When Indonesia won 4-0 over Timor Leste at the Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, on Wednesday night Hokky did not participate in celebrating at the end of the match. That's because the situation is not possible.

Hokky was withdrawn in the 77th minute due to an injury. The PSS Sleman striker was replaced by Rabbani Tasnim who scored the closing goal in the 89th minute.

After the match, Hokky admitted that his body condition at that time was not fully fit.

"Maybe because it's just the first match. Then we just did a trial in Jakarta and we haven't had too much physical training. So it's like it's not fully fit yet. Yes, hopefully it can recover and the game can fit again," said Hokky in his official statement.

Although not fully fit, Hokky is determined to continue his impressive appearance against Hong Kong U-19 in the second match. He hopes that the hat-trick in this match can increase his confidence.

"In the three goals, hopefully, it will be more confident in the future, against Hong Kong, it's pretty good," concluded Hokky, who has now scored seven goals for the Red and White team from nine matches.
