JAKARTA British boxer Amir Khan was caught pasting the profile of the legendary Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson for information in a post on Twitter.

The former welterweight world champion met Ferguson recently. When referring to the caption in the boxer's upload, the two figures met at Old Trafford Stadium.

The meeting was enshrined by Amir Khan in a video format and shared on Twitter. Unfortunately, some of the information accompanying the upload was the result of a copy pass from Wikipedia.

"It's a pleasure to meet Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford Manchester Stadium," Amir Khan wrote as reported by the Daily Star, Monday.

"Recognized for coaching Manchester United from 1986 to 2013. He is widely considered one of the greatest football managers of all time," continued the 35-year-old boxer.

The post immediately received the attention of his followers and football fans. Most of the followers immediately mocked the boxer.

They thought Amir Khan didn't know much about who Alex Ferguson was so he was forced to google looking for the coach's profile. The search results on the search engine are raw to copy and paste.

"Amir Khan has copied and stuck from Wikipedia to explain who Sir Alex Ferguson is," tweeted one netizen by accompanying a Wikipedia screen response that the boxer copied.

Sir Alex Ferguson is widely known by football fans around the world thanks to his success in training the Red Devils.

While coaching the club based at Old Trafford, he successfully presented 13 Premier League titles. In addition, he also filled the Red Devils rack with two European Champions League trophies.
