Volunteers For The ASEAN Para Games 2022 Complains That Honor Has Not Been Disbursed, Gibran Rakabuming: There Are Only A Few Who Don't Know

SOLO - Complaints from a number of volunteers for the 2022 ASEAN Para Games regarding honorariums have been widely discussed. It was revealed that what they were entitled to had not been paid.

This complaint has been submitted by a number of volunteers through the Surakarta Complaints Service Unit (ULAS). It has even become a hot topic on social media, one of which is Twitter.

The chairman of the Indonesia ASEAN Para Games Organizing Committee (Inaspoc), Gibran Rakabuming Raka, was aware of the complaints submitted by the volunteers. He said he had no problem with it.

He then revealed that the honorarium would be disbursed at the end of this month. "There are only a few who don't know yet," said Gibran, who is also the mayor of Solo, as quoted by Antara, Thursday, August 25.

The eldest son of President Joko Widodo said that the success of the 2022 APG administration was still hampered by the issue of honorariums. "All that's left is the final honorarium, especially since they work non-stop," he said.

It should be noted that there are 1,300 people who have been recruited as APG 2022 volunteers. Gibran said that currently all of them have not received an honorarium.

However, he reiterated that the rights will be paid at the end of August 2022. "I have conveyed it to Inaspoc friends, at the end of this month (liquid)," he said.
