Anthony Joshua's Defeat Makes Tyson Fury Want To Get Out Of Retirement

JAKARTA - Tyson Fury, who previously hung up his gloves following his victory over Dillian Whyte at Wembley in April, has now changed his mind again.

After relinquishing Ring magazine's belt and watching Joshua vs Usyk fight, Fury uttered an oath that convinced his fans that he would return to the ring, possibly facing Ukraine's Usyk.

"Both of them are trash. It was one of the worst heavyweight title fights I've ever seen. That's bullshit. It's absolutely rubbish," exclaimed Tyson Fury after seeing Usyk's victory over Joshua.

The British boxer went on to make sure he would return to the ring.

"Get out your checkbook. The Gypsy King is here forever.

He is also very optimistic about his chances, ensuring he will "annihilate both (Joshua and Usyk) on the same night".

This is a good signal for Usyk considering in his post-match interview he announced he would only box again if it was against Fury.

"I want to fight Tyson Fury, if I don't fight Tyson Fury then I won't fight at all".

Fury actually had a plan to take on Derek Chisora. When everything seemed certain, he changed his mind again. On his 34th birthday, he officially said goodbye to the world of boxing.

“A big thank you to everyone who has provided input into my career over the years and after a long difficult conversation I have finally decided to leave and on my 34th birthday I say goodbye.”
