JAKARTA - Persib Bandung midfielder Marc Klok looks forward to the match against Madura United, which will be his team's first home match in this season's Liga 1 competition at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium, Bandung, Saturday (30/7).

Joining last season, Klok has never experienced performing in Bandung with Bobotoh's direct support at the stadium.

"Finally I can play in Bandung with Bobotoh's presence. This is the first time for me since joining last season," Klok said via the club's official website, Friday.

In the 2022 President's Cup tournament, Klok had to be absent because he was defending the Indonesian National Team.

Klok did not feel the atmosphere of the match with Bobotoh's support last season because all the matches were without spectators.

"Since then, I haven't felt performing with Bobotoh's support," said the player who was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The 29-year-old also promised to give the best for all Bobotoh, especially the loyal supporters who came to the stadium.

Apart from that, Klok and other players are also determined to get their first win of the season.

"I will try my best to give Bobotoh, the first win of the season," he said.

"It will give a feeling of joy, not only the players but also the coach and all so that the future can have a good road," said Marc Klok.
