The Quarter-Finals Of The Indonesia Open 2022 Are A Motivator For Apriyani/Siti Fadia Towards The World's Top Doubles

JAKARTA - Indonesian women's doubles, Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti challenged the world number two doubles, Lee So Hee/Shin Seung Chan, in the quarter-finals of the Indonesia Open 2022, Friday, June 17 afternoon.

Apriyani/Siti admitted that they were not afraid to face the South Korean double. The new PBSI couple actually used this meeting as a motivation to become the top women's doubles.

According to Apriyani Rahayu, facing opponents who have top-class quality will improve their abilities. It will also burn their passion to pursue their dream of becoming the world's top women's doubles.

"Fadia and I have a goal of wanting to be a top double (women) too. I don't want to make things like this relaxed because there is a new responsibility for me when I am paired with Fadia," said Apriyani Rahayu.

No less excited, Siti Fadia is also looking forward to meeting Lee So Hee/Shin Seung Chan enthusiastically. Fadia is determined to go all out to win.

Considering that they will appear in front of their own supporters who are willing to come to Istora Senayan. Fadia wants to keep focus for the sake of winning.

"For later, I'm ready to fight again because we both know the purpose here. The point is to be ready to be tired, endure on the field, and maintain focus," said Fadia.

Lee/Shin managed to advance to the quarter-finals of the Indonesia Open 2022 after defeating the Indonesian women's doubles, Febriana Dwi Puji Kusuma/Amalia Cahaya Pratiwi with a score of 25-23, 21-11.

Meanwhile, Apriyani/Siti won the ticket after winning three sets 21-16, 16-21 and 21-18 against the Chinese pair, Zhang Shu Xian/Zheng Yu at Istora, Jakarta, on Thursday, June 16 evening WIB.
