JAKARTA - The organizing committee for Formula E 2022 continues to finalize all aspects ahead of the race day which will take place at the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit (JIEC) Ancol on Saturday, June 4. One of the important concerns is the flow of entry and exit of the audience.

For spectators who already have 2022 Formula E tickets, here are the procedures and steps to get to the stands at the Ancol Circuit.

Before sitting in the stands, ticket holders will first go through layered checks at a number of entrances. This is the main requirement that must be adhered to for security during the event.

"Later, there will be a post for spectators from the ticket booth with each officer. After the ticket there is a physical exchange place, the officer will check again and see where the destination is on the ticket," said Abdul Fani, as PIC Xray of the Ancol Circuit when met on Friday , June 3rd.

After checking the ticket, the audience will be directed to the appropriate lane according to the ticket category. The ticket itself is divided into four areas, namely the Jimbaran area, the Ocean Wave area, area 2A, area 2. Then an x-ray check is carried out.

To simplify the x-ray process, Abdul Fani appealed to the audience not to bring prohibited objects such as sharp weapons and drugs.

"Spectators are also not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside because we have MSMEs here. Because we sell for them (audiences), so, there are regulations here," he concluded.

For the race day schedule on Saturday, June 4, the entrance to the Jakarta 2022 Formula E spectators will be open from the morning. This was deliberately done to avoid the accumulation of queues.

In addition, spectators are also advised to come to the location without using a private vehicle. The organizing committee has provided a vehicle parking bag in the JIExpo area which will also be provided with a shuttle bus to the main location.
