Liga 1 Transfer News 2022/2023: Barito Putera Brings Back Former Sao Paulo Player, PSM Makassar To Sign Everton

JAKARTA - Barito Putera has finally introduced foreign players who will defend the team for Liga 1 2022/2023. She is the old face, Rafinha Oliveira.

This Brazilian player played for Barito Putera in 2021. However, he was later released in January 2022.

Now, the player who plays as a winger is expected to increase the power of the front line of Laskar Antasari.

In addition, the management of Barito Putera has also officially extended the contracts of several players. Among them are Nazar Nurzaidin, Riski Kurniawan, and Noorhalid.

CEO Barito Putera said his team squad for Liga 1 2022/2023 will consist of 33 players. Currently, only 26 players have joined.

"Several foreign players are on their way to Banjarmasin City to be introduced in the near future," the club said in a statement on their Instagram account.

Meanwhile, PSM Makassar also officially introduced one of their foreign players. He is Everton Naschimento, a player from Brazil.

The 28-year-old player was brought from Bahrain club, Hidd SCC. Based on data from Transfermarkt, Everton spent more of his career at Middle Eastern clubs.

"Welcome, Everton Naschimento. The new striker of PSM Makassar from Samba country, Brazil. Good luck fighting for Juku Eja in the 2022/2023 season," the club announced on their social media accounts.
