Chelsea Ridiculed For Selling Cauliflower Wings For IDR 148 Thousand! Contains Cauliflower And Celery

JAKARTA - English Premier League football club, Chelsea FC, has been ridiculed for selling food at Stamford Bridge. The reason is, the price of the food is considered by fans not directly proportional to the quality.

The foods sold are cauliflower and celery. The price of the two menus is priced at 7.95 Pounds Sterling or in the range of Rp. 148.5 thousand.

According to The Sun, supporters later accused Roman Abramovich's football club of trying to get out of their financial predicament by selling food.

The photo showing the snack menu has been widely circulated on social media. One of them shows a menu that only contains seven cauliflower wings and four small stalks of celery.

This snack menu portrait was first uploaded to the Twitter account @FootyScran, which often discusses the best and worst food menus and has a follower base of 3 hundreds of thousands. The post immediately became popular.

"7.95 pounds?!? For a little fried cauliflower? That's really mental," wrote a fan named Darren, as reported by The Sun.

"If you buy cauliflower wings in a football [stadium] you deserve that price," wrote one person named Alex Williams, defending the club.

Apart from selling cauliflower wings, the West London club also offers other types of vegan-friendly dining. This includes vegan pizza, halloumi and falafel.
