"2. Usually, when there is an emergency, the affected team requests an emergency meeting to PT LIB before the Official Match Countdown protocol begins, then PT LIB holds the emergency meeting attended by the two teams playing," continued the statement.

In the third point, Madura United acknowledged receiving news from Persipura asking for a delay after all their players warmed up at 20.00 WIB and the request was only received at 19.07 WIB and the answer from LIB was received at 20.34 WIB on the same day.

Madura United explained that the match equipment had been prepared on the field and it sympathized with Persipura as a fellow League 1 club and they would submit to the Law of the Game.

"3. We received news that Persipura requested a postponement after all our players warmed up at 20.00 WIB. After we checked the email, based on Admin's explanation, the email from Persipura was only received at 19.07 WIB and the answer from LIB was received at 20.34 WIB on the same day.
