JAKARTA - State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Minister Erick Thohir has again added personnel to his ministry. Now Erick has appointed four special staff who have various backgrounds ranging from professors, BUMN commissioners to politicians, to work with him.
Erick Thohir appointed Prof. Muhammad Ikhsan, Prof. Nanang Pamuji, Arya Sinulingga, and Anhar Adel as Special Staff to the Minister of BUMN. "The four Stafsus have passed the President's approval and are in accordance with applicable regulations," said Erick from the statement received by VOI, Saturday (9/11/2019).
Erick Thohir stated that the four Special Staff who were appointed would help him professionally and certainly would not overlap with existing ranks of officials or employees at the BUMN Ministry.
"They will even help so that the acceleration we are doing can be on the track and according to the target set," said Erick Thohir.

Prof. Muhammad Ikhsan
He is a Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Previously, he served as Special Staff to the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Jusuf Kalla. He is trusted as a Special Staff who provides input related to macroeconomics.
This 55-year-old man completed his bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Economics at UI, then continued his master's program at Vanderblit University, Department of Economics Concentration: International Monetary Economics USA, and earned his PhD in 1998 from the University of Illinois USA, the Department of Economics with a concentration in development economics and international economy.
Prof. Nanang Pamuji
He is a Professor at Gajah Mada University. He is trusted to provide input and suggestions so that BUMNs build management talent and increase innovation in the era of disruption.

Anhar Adel
He is the President Commissioner and concurrently the Independent Commissioner of PT Djakarta Lloyd. Anhar will assist the SOE Minister regarding institutional relations and with the Ministry so that synergies with other institutions are maintained.
During the leadership of minister Rini, Adel was also the Main Secretary of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
Arya Sinulingga
He is a former spokesman for the Jokowi-Ma'ruf National Campaign Team (TKN).
