Yuldi explained that the disclosure began when his party received reports from the public that prostitution was practiced involving foreign citizen commercial sex workers (PSK) in the Muara Karang area, North Jakarta.
On that basis, his party conducted an investigation until they finally took action at the crime scene (TKP) and secured the 12 Vietnamese citizens.
"We follow up by conducting an investigation for approximately one month. From these results, we then take action at the TKP. (They) are under the guise of Ladies Companion or LC," he said.
Furthermore, the prostitutes were taken to the office of the Directorate General of Immigration, for further examination.
