TANGERANG - Police have arrested a man with the initials H who is suspected of stabbing a man with the initials N in Kampung Heart, Mesari Village, Jambe, Tangerang Regency.

"The perpetrator with the initials H was arrested by the police after slashing his victim," said Tigaraksa Police Chief AKP I Made Artana, Wednesday, December 11.

Artana explained that the perpetrator was annoyed with the attitude of the victim's child which he considered naughty. Out of emotion, the perpetrator scolded the child.

The perpetrator had said words against the victim. The emotions became increasingly unstoppable, the perpetrator took a machete and attacked the victim.

The perpetrator attacked the victim, causing injuries to his left index finger. After committing the abuse, the perpetrator immediately fled," he said.

After the victim made the report, the perpetrator who had escaped was arrested by the police, on Wednesday, December 4.

The perpetrator was named a suspect and charged with Article 351 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) concerning persecution which resulted in serious injuries, with a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
