Pascaledakan, Police Bring Gas Cylinders From Bulungan Winners

JAKARTA - The National Police Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor) conducted a crime scene (TKP) at the spa Winners, a health massage center in Bulungan, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta (Jaksel), after the explosion that occurred on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kebayoran Baru Police, Kompol Nunu Suparmi, said that during this activity, the Puslabfor Polri brought a number of evidences in the form of 50 kilograms (Kg) of tubes.

"For items that were secured from the crime scene by Puslabfor, namely two tubes, one tube that had a leak and one tube that was intact," Nunu told reporters at the location, Wednesday, December 11.

Not only that, the Puslabfor Polri also brought regulators to the light fire extinguisher (Apar) from the spa Winners. Then a series of pipes connecting the gas cylinder.

"We also carry a series of connecting pipes from the tube to the water heater," he said.

Furthermore, the evidence was brought to the National Police's Forensic Laboratory, in order to carry out research on the cause of the explosion.

Regarding when the results of the study will come out, Nunu admitted that he could not convey it, because he was waiting for information from the National Police Laboratory.

"For the results, we are waiting for our coordination with the puslabfor (Polri)," he said.

For now, the Winners Spa are not operating until an undetermined time.

"Still don't know (it's opened)," he concluded.
