Commander Of Mutation 300 Pati In The TNI, BIN, Ministry

JAKARTA - TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto made mutations, rotations, and promotions to 300 high-ranking officers (pati) who served in the TNI, State Intelligence Agency (BIN), BSSN, Basarnas, ministries, and the Defense University.

In the Decree (SKep) of the Commander of the TNI Number Kep/1545/XII/2024 which was confirmed by the TNI Information Center (Puspen), several high-ranking officers held strategic positions, including the Commander of the Joint Regional Defense Command (Pangkogabwilhan) I, Pangkostrad, to the Commander of the Presidential Security Forces (Danpaspampres).

Maj. Gen. Kunto Arief Wibowo, who previously served in the National Resilience Council (Wantanas), received promotion to become Pangkogabwilhan I replacing Vice Admiral TNI Rachmad Jayadi who is currently a high-ranking officer at the Indonesian Navy Headquarters in order to retire.

Then, Lt. Gen. Mohammad Fadjar, who previously served as Commander of the Command for the Development of Doctrine, Education, and Training of the Indonesian Army (Dankodiklatad), is currently receiving a new assignment as Pangkostrad. Lt. Gen. Mohamad Hasan, who was previously Pangkostrad, currently serves as Dankodiklatad.

Major General TNI Achiruddin, who recently served as Pangdam VI/Mulawarman and Danpaspampres, is currently serving as Danpaspampres. The position of Pangdam VI/Mulawarman was also filled by Major General TNJ Rudy Rachmat Nugraha.

In the same SKep, the Commander assigned Lt. Gen. Nugroho Sulistyo Budi as Head of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). Nugroho's old position as President Inspector of BIN was also filled by Major General TNI R. Sidharta Wishu Graha. However, Nugroho and Sidharta still need to wait for the presidential decree (keppres) before officially taking office.

With the change, the position of Governor of the Military Academy (Akmil), which was previously filled by Sidharta, is currently filled by Brigadier General Arnold Diplapna Ritiauw, who received promotion from his previous position as Inspector (Ir) Akmil.

The Commander also assigned several high-ranking officers to serve as officials in several ministries/agencies, including Major General TNI Maryono as Inspector General (Irjen) of the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, Major General TNI Irham Waroihan as Inspector General of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, and First Admiral TNI Ian Heriyawan at the Indonesian Hajj Organizing Agency. In the SKep sheet, the three high-ranking officers were transferred to special staff of the chief of staff in their respective dimensions.

Then, the TNI Commander also replaced the defense attach (athan) in 11 countries, with details, namely Colonel Inf. Tri Andi Kuswantoro as Athan RI for Malaysia, Colonel Arh Tony Aris Setyawan as Athan RI for the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Colonel Arh Zaenal Arifin as Athan RI in Saudi Arabia, Colonel Arm Robertus Subono as Military Advisor to the Permanent Representative of the United Nations RI in New York, United States, Marine Colonel (P) Sumartono as Athan RI for China, and Marine Colonel (E) Hidayaturrahman as Athan RI for Japan.

Furthermore, Marine Colonel (E) Novera Budi L as Athan RI for Australia, Colonel Mar Burhanudin as Athan RI for India, Colonel Pnb Budi Susilo as Athan RI for Russia, Colonel Sus Hendra Gunawan as Athan RI for France, and Colonel Pnb Yose Ridha as Athan RI for the United States.
