So there are five grouping of directions," he said. There were five presidential directives for creating superior human resources. First, said Nadiem, character education. "Second, deregulation and debureaucratization. This means that the government will cut all regulations that hinder breakthroughs and increase investment," he explained. Third, Nadiem continued, creating jobs. All government activities are oriented towards job creation by prioritizing new and innovative vocational education and training approaches. Finally, said Nadiem, technological empowerment.
