PDIP Secretary General Says Megawati Has Met Prabowo, Not Dizzy About The Recent Developments Of Issues

PDI-P Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto answered the wish of Gerindra Chairman Prabowo Subianto to meet with General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri. Hasto said Megawati had met Prabowo during the TNI's 78th Anniversary on October 5.

"Last week, October 5, we met," said Hasto at the Presidential Statistics Archives Study Center, Jakarta, Friday, October 27. However, Hasto did not specify whether the meeting had discussed the 2024 presidential election or not. Especially regarding the candidacy of Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka. "So meetings are common between leaders," he continued.

Hasto emphasized that PDIP does not really care about the current issues. Because he said, currently the bull party is focusing on going down to the community to strengthen the grassroots.

Hasto added that the pair Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD are clean and dedicated leaders for the nation and state.

"Now the focus is on everything going down to strengthen grassroots with good leaders, clean leaders, dedicated leaders for the nation, leaders who can become legal fighters who bring justice, being defenders of the little wong are Ganjar and Mahfud MD," he concluded.
