The Governor Of Kaltara Explains The Achievement Of Achievements In The DPRD Special Plenary

TANJUNG SELOR - Governor of North Kalimantan (Kaltara), Zainal Arifin Paliwang conveyed the achievements of the Kaltara Provincial Government (Pemprov) at the Special Plenary Session (HUT) Kaltara.

"As this age increases, the province of Kaltara continues to grow and develop, and is increasingly advanced and prosperous," said Governor Zainal in front of members of the Kaltara DPRD.

The governor mentioned several performance achievements that have been obtained by the Kaltara Provincial Government, such as cooperation with the city district government.

The human development index (HDI) from 71.19 in 2021 to 71.83 in 2022.

"We hope that this year our HDI will increase again," said Zainal.

Then, economic growth in the 2nd quarter of 2023 is 5.01 with this figure, Kaltara is the number 2 largest economic growth number on the island of Kalimantan.

In addition, in the aspect of controlling regional inflation after experiencing high inflation in September 2022, namely 6.64 percent, September 2023 can control or decrease at 2.16 percent.

"We should be grateful and have to protect it so that the percentage of the poor since 2021 continues to decline," said the governor.

In the March 2023 period, the presentation was 6.45 percent, down 0.32 points, where in 2022 it was 6.77 percent.

"We have also succeeded in reducing the Stunting Prevalence rate in 2022 by 22.1 or down 5.4 points where in 2021 it will be 27.5 but we want to reduce it again to 17.5 this year," he explained.

Not only that, but the North Kalimantan Provincial Government has also won several awards from the center, including the achievement of the second-highest budget realization of 99.99 percent in Indonesia in the Deconcentration Work Unit of the Directorate General of Small and Medium Industries and the Ministry of Industry.

The North Kalimantan Provincial Government has achieved the best of 3 achievements of the HIB/AIDS and PIMS 2022 programs by the Ministry of Health, the predicate for compliance with public service standards in 2022 (public management supervision office) from the Head of the 2023 Ombudsman Representatives, won the 2023 UHC Awards for the local government's achievements that have protected its population by more than 95 percent and registered its population in the PBPU segment of the Regional Government.

The Kaltara Provincial Government has also won the APBD Award for the realization of the increase in PAD in the country, the PPKM Award for the laboratory category with the best Covid-19 examination performance from the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment.

Kaltara won 1st place in the 2023 SPM Awards in the province category with the best performance in implementing the 2022 minimum service standard (SPM), won 4 awards from the Accelerated Culture Transformation (ACT) Consulting / ESQ Group in the implementation of the Core Value ASN Ber-Akhlak handed over by Founcer ESQ Group Ary Ginanjar to the Governor of Kaltara Zainal Arifin Paliwang.
