Not long after, the victim was taken to the hospital because he experienced shortness of breath after being strangled by the perpetrator. "The perpetrator accidentally strangled the victim and then left it. After that the victim contacted the family asking to take him to the hospital because he felt short of breath," he said. "From where the victim lived, he was taken to the puskesmas, then referred to the hospital. The victim was declared dead," said Hadi. He said the victim died while traveling to the hospital after being examined by a doctor. "On the way to the hospital, it was suspected that he had died, it was stated by the doctor and nurse who accepted that (the victim) had indeed died," said Hadi Kristanto. Hadi added that the results of the examination of the perpetrator strangled the victim suddenly or spontaneously, even though the victim's relationship with the perpetrator was quite good because of one job. In addition, from the post-mortem results, the victim's body had bruises on the neck due to strangulation. "The results of the examination of the complainant and the perpetrator and the witness spontaneously had no grudges," he said.
