KEDIRI - The City Government of Kediri, East Java, has temporarily closed the Gacoan noodle outlet located on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo, Kediri City, due to the issue of licensing that is considered not to have met the provisions of the city government.
"This temporary closure is carried out until management can meet the specified requirements," said Head of Public Order and Order (Trantibum) of the Kediri City Civil Service Police Unit (PP) Agus Dwi Ratmoko, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 3.
The temporary closure of a Gacoan noodle outlet was carried out by the One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP), the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service (PUPR) and the Kediri City Satpol PP.
Officers came to the location, carried out inspections and closures by installing lines at the location of the building.
Meanwhile, Kediri City DPMPTSP Intermediate Expert Licensing Arranger Ridwan Ismawan said the Gacoan noodle outlet still lacked requirements, namely a function-worthy certificate (SLF) and a wastewater treatment plant or IPAL.
Mie Gacoan Central Management Representative Endhy B.P admitted that he objected to the closure. He also denied that he had not obtained a permit for establishment. His party assessed that the proposed permit was complete.
"We object because the permit is complete. The operation is also complete. Our PBG (building approval) also exists. This problem should be clear," said Endhy.
VOIR éGALEMENT:
This closure is the closure of the two Gacoan noodles in Kediri City. Previously, the Kediri City Government also closed the outlet on Jalan PK Bangsa Kota Kediri, last week. There were no business activities in that place.
Previously, the establishment of the outlet was also complained of by children at SDN Banjaran 4, Kediri City. The children at the elementary school were disturbed by the noise from the opposing airline operating throughout the day.
The noise has been heard since August 7, 2023, when the outlet was just inaugurated. The sound came from a hot air sewer that sounded loud, because it was located right on the west side of the school's second floor room.
