Jambi OJK Data On 10 Victims Of FEC Investment

Jambi Province Financial Services Authority (OJK) revealed that currently around ten Jambi residents are known to be victims of investment in PT FEC Shopping Indonesia.

"There are already 10 people who claim to be victims of FEC," said Jambi Province OJK Head Yudha Nugraha Kurata, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, September 27.

OJK Jambi plans a meeting with members of the Investment Alert Task Force to discuss the victims of the FEC. The meeting is scheduled to take place in early October 2023.

OJK Jambi has communicated with the victims by telephone. Meanwhile, for face-to-face, the victim is still not willing.

Previously, OJK Jambi received complaints regarding FEC investment from two Jambi residents via Instagram social media. The complaint was then followed up by the Jambi OJK by contacting the victim by telephone.

Regarding this investment, OJK appealed to the Jambi people who were harmed by FEC's investment to report it to the police.

He hopes that people who become victims will not be confused by this problem and know where to report and complain.

OJK Jambi, he said, also opened up space for victims who wanted to consult to find a solution.

"But we emphasize that the most appropriate solution is to report it to the authorities," he said.

With this report, the authorities will be able to take action according to the law.

Yudha also reminded the public of principle two L when they were going to invest, namely legal and logical. The public must pay attention to the legality of the agency or institution that offers investment and pays attention to the benefits and benefits provided accordingly or not.
