TANJUNG SELOR - A resident of Tengkapak Village, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan (Kaltara) was shocked by the discovery of an unidentified corpse in a garden belonging to a resident of Tengkapak.

Bulungan Police Chief Kombes Agus Nugraha through Head of Public Relations Bripka Hadi Purnomo confirmed the discovery of the body. His party has visited the location and evacuated the body of the man who does not have the identity.

"We have taken him to the morgue of Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Hospital, Tanjung Selor. After receiving reports of finding the body, members of the police immediately went to the location," said Hadi, Tuesday, September 19.

Meanwhile, the Village Head (Kades) of Tengkapak, Martinus, said that the rotting body was suspected to be an employee of a palm oil company in the area.

"This body is not a resident of Tengkapak Village. It is suspected that an employee of PT Abdi Borneo Plantation, an oil palm plantation company located close to the garden where the corpse was found," he explained.
