Rizka explained that the arrest of BBS was based on four reports from the parents of elementary school students at the BBS teaching place. The reporting of BBS has also been done by parents first to the school.

It is not enough to only report the child's obscene perpetrators to the school, said Rizka, four parents of eight students who were victims of BBS also reported it to the Bogor City Police.

Rizka conveyed that BBS was arrested after a few days from reporting. BBS was secured by officers while traveling in the Bogor City area on Monday 11 September at 21.00 WIB.
