Searches For 81 Years Of Missing Grandmother In Karet Garden Near Her House, Banda Aceh SAR Team Finds Sandals Allegedly Belonging To Victims

ACEH - Banda Aceh Basarnas is still searching for the 81-year-old grandmother who went missing when she entered a rubber plantation near her house in Suak Nie Village, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh.

"Until the fifth day, we are still searching for victims," said the Coordinator of Basarnas Pos Meulaboh, Rahmat Kennedi, Monday, August 28, confiscated by Antara.

Rahmat explained that the farmer named Samanan was reported missing on Thursday, August 24. The victim was reported missing after not returning from a rubber plantation in his village.

Basarnas on the fifth day of the search with the joint SAR team continues to expand the search area from the initial location.

So far in the search effort, the joint SAR team has only found clues in the form of sandals that allegedly belonged to Samanan's grandmother.

Rahmat said the search for the joint SAR team started around the location of the rubber plantation and then broke through the bush in Suak Nie Village.

He said the search for victims would continue tomorrow, hoping to find victims who were reported missing soon.
