PB SMII Brings Evidence Of Oklin Fia's Action Touching MUI Fatwa

The arrival of the Executive Board of the Indonesian Muslim Student Union (PB SMMI) to the Central Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters to submit a fatwa document file from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) to Central Jakarta Metro Police investigators on Tuesday, August 22, afternoon.

"We will submit a fatwa letter from MUI regarding the Oklin Fia case. There is a fatwa related to pornography," said the Head of Legal and Human Rights Division of PB SMMI, Arisastra Desert when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, August 22.

In addition to submitting the MUI fatwa document file, the Desert added that it also brought additional evidence in the form of a similar video recording which would be submitted to police investigators.

"An additional proof is that there is a mock video like what Oklin did, this video is actually used as an agenda for the competition on independence day," he said.

However, the Desert did not specify where the location of the incident where a similar video was found went viral. Because according to the Desert, it is the domain of police investigators.

"I don't know where it is. That's the investigator's job to trace it," he said.
