Live At The Train Crossing, YouTuber's Cellphone Was Almost Snatched At Pasar Senen Station

JAKARTA - The mugging attempt occurred at the official railroad crossing (KA) in the Pasar Senen Station area. This time, the victim of the attempted mugging was a Railfans YouTuber named Yasin Cakra.

The incident occurred when the victim was broadcasting live through his YouTube channel at the railroad crossing area. For a moment, the victim was providing information about the train that was passing by, instead the victim who was holding the cellphone was approached by one motorcyclist riding a ride.

One of the perpetrators with the attributes of an online motorcycle taxi (ojol) who was carried out immediately confiscated the victim's cellphone which was broadcasting live on Monday night, August 21.

The short video recording of the robbery experiment was then uploaded on a number of Instagram social media accounts. Meanwhile, the case is being handled by the Senen Police.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Senen Police, Iptu Asep Dadang, said that his party had not received a report regarding the incident. However, his party immediately checked the information.

"Ready, we'll check the information about the incident first," he said briefly when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, August 22.
